The integrated, adaptive, individual STAR training programme is an absolute innovation in the Polarheart rate monitor sector. It facilitates a customised training during which the training goals are constantly updated and the programme adapts to one's training habits. Each single training session and the set weekly training task are analysed on the basis of the training intensity and calorie consumption. Based on this, the adaptive STAR training programme recommends the optimum duration and intensity of the trainig as well as recommended calorie consumption. Furthermore, the FT 60 fitness computer gives feedback on one's performance after each training session and once a week in additon.
The FT 60 fitness montior not only has the usual features but further innovative functions also. TheOwnIndex fitness test determines the user's fitness level when resting within 5 minutes.
