The advanced Polar Running Computer RS400 offers more useful features that help you get your workout more effective. As basic functions of the Polar RS400 provides, among other things The ECG accurate heart rate measurement, the OwnZone function to determine your personal training zone and the OwnCode function to prevent interferences from training partners. Additionally, you can determine your current fitness level or above OwnIndex OwnOptimizer and save up to 16 training sessions. The Polar Zone Pointer it easier for you to stay in the chosen training area. Furthermore, the Polar RS 400 offers a programmable Intervaltrainer, guiding you through your workout. The recorded training data can be transferred to the PC via Sonic link or infrared. For the analysis and training planning you is the polar ProTrainer 5 software.
